The combination of northern and southern Italian cuisine reflects her upbringing in Torino, with accents of Irpinia, the inland of Naples, from where her family originated.

Since 2001 SITM has been working to enrich the lives of girls in Thulipakori Nepal. Over 120 afghans are delivered to the Reno Family Shelter each year. Working at the Reno Air Races is a major source of funding for our programs. Partnering with Libby Booth Elementary School, SITM provided reading pillows for kids to snuggle up with and enjoy a book. Over 60 people attended Making a Difference for Women 2015.
